We are within 5-minutes drive of the golf course, arts centre and gym.\nWe cater for domestic and overseas travellers, fishermen, holiday groups, family groups and school However, the standout parts of the camp were the gentleman at reception and the owner.\n\nAs the area received snowfall and our camper did not have a heater, nor did K-Mart in Dunedin, reception let us borrow one for the night, and when I inquired where I could buy a heater locally, the owner sold me the brand new one he had let me borrow the night before, since all are sold for the season, the stores. La cuisine est un peu petite mais vraiment bien \u00e9quip\u00e9e.\n\nL'accueil s'est fait tr\u00e8s rapidement. Les h\u00f4tes du camp sont tr\u00e8s gentils d'ailleurs. Le motor camp est petit (toutes les places sont quasiment prises par des habitu\u00e9s). The atmosphere was very relaxed, and it was no problem at all to stay a bit longer in the morning. I joined the Saturday parkrun in the park next door, while my son had a great time at the playground and visiting the  parrots there.\n\nThe kitchen was well equipped and neatly organised, everything had its place, which made cooking super easy. The facilities (dump station, laundry, fresh water, WiFi) were all there! It was definitely the best value for money stay of our trip.\n\nA special mention to the older gentleman at reception, he was very kind and gave us excellent tips for our trip to the Catlins.
